30 Jul New Team Manager Training

This training is for team managers new to the DI program. We will cover the basics of what it is to be a team manager and how to lead your team through the creative problem solving process. This training will give you the basics on what to do on that first team meeting, how to get your team unstuck without interference, as well as give you team building ideas.
