LOUIE WRIGHT

Executive Director

Louie has served Destination Imagination for six years in various capacities. Her background spans marketing and advertising. As a self-described "tinkerer," she connected with DI's mission and served as a team manager for her daughters' teams. In her current role, she aims to cultivate an environment where innovation and creativity is nurtured. Outside work, she enjoys running, hiking, biking, and exploring Colorado with family.

Kim's involvement with competitive creative problem-solving began in elementary school, inspired by her mother's role as team manager. She later managed teams for her own children before joining staff. She now works to help both adults and students develop creativity, leadership, and teamwork skills through Destination Imagination. Her personal interests include coaching and refereeing volleyball, playing pickleball, and watching baseball. She values time with her husband Craig and their children Amanda and Sean.
